Cancellation Policy

1. Booking Confirmation All bookings are confirmed once the appointment is scheduled through our website or agreed directly with the Gleam Team. Clients will receive a confirmation message with the appointment date, time, and service details. 2. Access to Property Clients must ensure safe and reasonable access to the property at the agreed time. If we are unable to gain entry within 15 minutes of arrival, the appointment may be cancelled and treated as a late cancellation. 3. Cancellation Policy We understand plans change. • 24 hours notice or more – No charge • Less than 24 hours notice – 50% of service cost may apply • Same day cancellation or no access – Full service charge may apply This helps us protect our team's schedule and travel time. 4. Rescheduling Appointments can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice without penalty. We will always try to accommodate changes where possible. 5. Pricing & Payment All prices shown on the website are starting prices and may vary depending on property size, condition, and additional services. Payment methods accepted: • Bank transfer • Card • Cash (by prior agreement) Payment is due on the day of service unless otherwise agreed. 6. Travel Fees Properties located outside our standard service area may incur a small travel fee. This will always be confirmed before booking. 7. Satisfaction Guarantee If you are not completely satisfied with any part of the clean, please notify us within 24 hours and we will return to address the issue where possible. Health & Safety For the safety of our team and clients: • Pets should be secured if necessary • Hazardous materials should be disclosed • Safe working conditions must be provided
